How do I remove the valves and springs?

Hey, I want to replace my valves, and I'm wondering if somebody's got a trick as to how to get those Springs under tension so that I can pull out those things and then how to get them back together again with the new ones?

Hi tyssniffen
Either try a universal overhead valve spring compressor NOTE I didn't like it and returned it but it will work. I opted to pay more for a pro valve compressor which worked like a charm. Hope this helps.
