Here in Australia Mid Brunswick Green is available off the shelf in hardware stores, if they haven`t got it they can mix it for you. When I look at some of the amazing custom paint jobs on hot rods and motorbikes in the USA, surely someone there could mix it for you. I can only assume that some of the pigments needed are banned in the USA for environmental reasons.

 If only I had a sample of that color to match , there in lies the problem. That's why I need a spray out to have it matched here.

Stationary engine parts has light,medium and dark shade of mid brunswick green in either spray cans, pints and quarts. and ships to usa..

You would have to ask if The pint and quart size can be mixed with a catalyst, (hardener) as I think the spray can is just regular enamel paint.. Might be lots of people use spray can paint.. But is garbage imho.. Use a paint where you mix it with hardener and reducer and put it in a spray gun and shoot it.
Will last 20 years instead of a couple.
A top collision body shop might be able to mix your paint code as the code tells what and how much of the pigments to use. If they have a complete paint base system they should be able to mix it again if 381c tells them in the book what weight of differnt color pigments to put in the mix,
