« on: June 29, 2025, 01:12:20 PM »
Spun the rod bearing badly and its to far undersize.
This one has counterweights on the crankshaft and tapered roller bearings.
Im in northeast USA.
Thanks.

Your looking for rocking horse manure here in USA. Get ahold of Devang Rathod at  DEV engineers in India. Be sitting down when the delivered price is offered.  Last new CS type crankshafts I ordered was 6-8 years ago and in a quantity buy they were very expensive. You have two other options. IF that engine uses regular CS type con rod bearings  the are undersized available up to like 060" under, I have up to .040" under in stock. Your other option is to send it to a shop with crank welders and have it welded and ground back to std. Good luck with the project.

Well 38ac,  if you are going to recommend that company then I won't bother shopping the other Indian options. Thanks

I'm not sure how involved Jim still is with listeroid stuff but his website is still up. He is in Ontario, Canada so still have to deal with customs but another option.

Here is his site and he shows a 6/1 CBW crank towards the bottom of the list, not sure if they are the same. May be worth a call.

Yes Jim is OK, problem is India and he is in Canada. More than about any other Listeroid the 10/1 engines were built in many bore and stroke combinations. I've seen regular CS bore and stroke engines called 10/1 that were little more than an 8/1 running at 1000rpm. I've seen 120 and 130mm bore engines called 10/1 or 20/2 rated at 850. I've seen long stroke, large bore engines rated at 10/1. Ive seen IDI and DI
, I've seen externally balanced and internally India will galdley send a crank for whatever and your stuck with it. Devang knows the engines and is honest. He will ask the correct questions so as to ship the correct part. To me, that's worth something, nothing derogatory intended about Jim Calder or anyone else that has parts and service.

Another option they show a few Crankshafts with trb and counter weight crank. But say for 120mm bore. And do not say stroke. They say they are for 10/1 or 20/2 engines.. Do you know what your bore and stroke is? Price seems reasonable, the shipping wont be.. Good luck.

Hello All,

I just want to let you all know that Grahm at Bolton Power Equipment in Massachusetts is a great guy to buy from.
He has helped me out in sourcing parts, and for me is not far from my location. Give him a shout at sales@boltonpowerequip.com
His prices are good, and the service is top notch.

Take care,

Eric
